Position Overview:
The Case Manager will provide mobile case management and other supportive services designed to assist clients in achieving self-sufficiency and reaching their goals. The Case Manager will assist clients with gaining and maintaining housing through client assistance funds for needs like rental deposits, moving costs, utility bills, and other expenses that serve as barriers to stable housing. Create housing resources. This position also includes assisting with other support as needed.

Qualifications:
Must have a genuine respect for and interest in families of diverse racial and ethnic identity; an ability to form a supportive relationship with our participants and their children. Ability to put into practice all aspects of Trauma Informed Approach (training will be provided) and advocate for our participants. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work as a team. Computer literate with Office 365. Must be open and honest about any convictions. Must have transportation driver’s license and insurance. Bilingual a plus.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $15.00 Paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and paid health insurance for full time positions.
